Hi There!
I just wanted to give you an update, I came to your clinic on Jan. 27, 2004 for treatment for quitting smoking, so far so good, I do still have moments but I must say that I am very happy to be a non-smoker. I did get the appetite points but I have managed to gain a bit of weight but probably only 10 lbs., which I am about to start working on loosing. I just wanted to let you know that I am still smoke free and plan to stay that way. Take care and thanks for the help.
Linda O.

My husband and I still find it hard to believe that we have been NON-SMOKERS for 85 days. We have tried to quit many times before and did not succeed in getting past the fist week; only to go back smoking even more than before. If anyone is truly serious about “kicking the habit” we highly recommend they explore Laser Therapy at Imagine Laserworks centers. It sure worked for us. After over 40 years of smoking we are taking it one day at a time.
No pain, no side effects, takes only a few minutes. Laser Therapy has helped us take the fist step toward a healthier lifestyle.
Stuart & Eileena C

For me the laser treatment was painless and the most easiest way to stop smoking, no cravings and no mood swings.
Thanks,
Jean K.

So far Al and myself are doing okay. It has been a lot easier than we would have guessed. Other than the occasional anxiety attack non-smoking is quite do able.
We will not be in to see you tomorrow for the booster. Let Ralph know that his statistic or success rate is safe. Talk you in the future. Thank you,
John B.

I have tried quitting for just under eight years. I have tried everything patch, gum, acupuncture, Zyban, and finally found you. I have been smoke free since Nov 13, 2003 and will never smoke again.
Thank you
Joanne B

I haven’t touched a cigarette in over 13 months even though there have been many stressful occasions. Prior to the laser therapy I had smoked for thirty years up to two packs a day.
Leo

It has been almost 6 months since I came in for smoking cessation (and I didn’t come in for a follow-up). I wanted to let you know I’m doing great! It worked for me and I had no ugly withdrawal symptoms. Thanks so much, I’m feeling like a new person and I know I won’t smoke again! (I do need to lose some weight now though).
Anyway, thanks again...
Joanne J.

Hi my name is Craig, I’m 47 years old. I had smoked for 33 years, slowly working my way up to 2 and a half packs a day, I’m writing this because if asked 1 year ago I would say I’ll smoke till the day I die because I had some health problems I decided to give laser therapy a try. It was done on Oct 26 2000. I had a three hour drive home and was very worried about it. Well I really only thought of smoking twice when we did some shopping, then when we got in the car it bothered me a bit. But like Ralph told me just put another thought in your head. Anyway, in 13 days I will have been off the butts for 1 year. I have also saved $3600.00 by not smoking. All in all it has been a lot easier that I thought it would be.
Craig S.

I like to thank your staff and program for helping me to stop smoking as I was a 3 pack a day smoker on June 05 2001. As of today I don’t smoke and I feel 100% better health wise. Once again keep your program alive and many more people in the future.
Jim D.

My name is Lisa and I’ve had HepC since 1968. I started smoking when I was 15 yrs old and I smoked for 40 years. Over the past 10 years I have tried several different ways to quit smoking cigarettes. For the past couple of years I figured I was doing good because I was only smoking about 10 cigarettes a day most days but I knew that it was not good for my health or my pocketbook. Some of the things I’ve done to quit include: trying the patch 3 different times, seeing an all addictions doctor in Victoria, he prescribed a medication to help cut the cravings, two acupuncture treatments in Vancouver, two in Victoria, hypnosis by three different practitioners, cold turkey more than once, prayer more than once, nicotine stick and Zyban. Everytime I tried to quit I almost went crazy because I couldn’t stand the pain of wanting to smoke. I had almost resigned myself to being a smoker until the day I died but one evening I was watching TV and saw an ad for a new treatment from “Imagine Laserworks.” I called and spoke with the Certified Laser Technician and made an appointment for July 3rd. She told me to smoke as much as I wanted right up to the door of the clinic but to be prepared to throw out any cigarettes I had left. In my car on the way to the clinic I finished off the last three cigarettes I had by chain smoking them and finished the last one in the parking lot before going inside. The treatment consisted of filling out a brief questionnaire, reclining on a comfortable chair, putting on a pair of dark glasses and listening to the Technician speak as she applied low-dose laser therapy to several acupuncture points on each ear, on each hand and on each side of my nose. I could feel the pulse which was very similar to a low electric pulse which was totally painless.

The Technician gave me a CD and some printed material to listen to and read if I was experiencing any cravings. She also advised me that I could call their 1-800 number at anytime if I needed someone to talk to. Also included in the original price was a booster within the first 8 weeks. Part of the treatment included my going home and following some simple detox instructions, like drinking lots of water and taking vitamins.
She gave me several tips to and hints to help change my habits and thinking. One thing she really stressed was the importance of not having even a drag off a cigarette because then the old cravings would come back with a vengeance!
When I left the clinic I was a non-smoker! It was that simple and easy. I could not believe that I was not in agony and craving a smoke. On August 4th I went to Vancouver and was staying with a smoking friend and I thought I could have just one... well the Technician was not lying to me... the cravings came back twice as strong! I tried for weeks to overcome with just willpower but I couldn’t do it... all I could think about was having a cigarette. I went back and re-did the treatment on August 14th and ever since then I have been totally cigarette free and best of all- craving free. I now believe that I cannot ever have even one drag of a cigarette if I want to remain a non-smoker. I have several friends that have also gone for this treatment and they have experienced the same instant success and have also expressed how they can’t believe how easy this is and how they’re not having any cravings either.
Lisa H.

I cannot believe how easy it was. Initially I was rather skeptic, but it works. Sure I have thought about having a smoke once in awhile but it was more a thought than a desire. Thank you so much, my husband is thrilled. I tell everyone how easy it is and to go for it.
Linda V.

Ralph, it has been 106 days today and still absolutely “painless.” Just got back from Las Vegas, Reno and casino’s from California to Washington. Sat with die hard smokers for two weeks and not even a hint of a craving. I can’t thank you enough for the treatment and people can’t believe how easy it has been for me to quit. I can honestly say I feel like I never smoked in my life and I really never had a strong craving to smoke since my treatment. THANKS!!
Valerie

You were correct. Three and a half months ago I walked out of your office and I was an instant non-smoker. During the first couple of days, I felt a slight unease, but I had no need for a cigarette. Such a difference from the many other times I had attempted to quit over the past twenty years. I simply had no nicotine urges that were of concern.
Why is it that quitting smoking with laser therapy was so easy and painless for me? I was a dedicated non-smoker of over thirty years, who felt I had to quit but didn’t 100% want to do so. I enjoyed smoking.
Without question the feel-good state of mind resulting from the laser therapy allowed me to get over the hump of physical withdrawal symptoms. Secondly and as important, the support materials, suggestions and dietary changes were huge importance. Knowing I could return for a free booster was a great security blanket.
The CD has helped me cope during times of stress. Listening to it has given me the psychological encouragement to believe in myself and reassured me that I am truly a non-smoker. Remember , push those special points, drink a glass of water and believe in yourself. If I did it anyone can.
Please continue the write-ups in the papers. It took until the third one for me to call, I am so glad I did.
Mary P.

I found laser to be a painless way to quit smoking. After a 44 year smoking habit, the laser therapy took away the need to smoke completely and the urge to smoke was easily controlled, and non-existent after a few days. I am feeling quite liberated and slightly superior now that I am smoke free.
G.

I would like to let you know that it has been 9 months now. No cigarettes and very seldom do I have the urge for one. I have been smoking for 45 years, two packs a day part of that. I have tried to quit several times and have quit for up to 8 months, none of them easy. With laser therapy it was no problem. No more coughing and I am $300 ahead every month. I think several people I have told are headed your way.
Jim G.

To note I am still a non-smoker! I had tried other methods before. None worked. I smoked for 35 years. And after taking one treatment I walked away, not smoking and I have not looked back. I recommend your method to anyone who really wants to quit. Follow all the instructions carefully and I believe you could be

like me. I thank you for your help and expertise in getting me to my goal- a non-smoker. Thank you,
Lee Ann

I smoked since I was thirteen and I wanted to quit since I was about sixteen. For over twenty- five years I have tried quitting by various methods and programs. I once quit for a year but I suffered and missed it a lot. I soon was smoking again. I didn’t expect the laser therapy to work for me- it sounded way too easy. I’d known about it for four years before I decided to try it. And it worked! My first day hours went by without me even noticing I hadn’t craved a smoke. Before I knew it a week had gone by and I knew I finally had found a painless way to quit. It’s been over a year and I’ll never smoke again!!
Darcy

Hello Ralph and everyone else at the clinic, it’s our first anniversary!!! One year ago today I came in to you and had laser therapy to stop smoking and I haven’t had a cigarette since- thank you so much. Little did I think, when I left England for a holiday in Canada, that I would come home with such a souvenir- it worked!!! I had been smoking for over 30 years and now I have been a non-smoker for a year, what a good “first day of Spring” this is. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH- I would recommend this treatment to anyone.
Polly F.

Having tried every advertised cure to quit smoking I still smoked cigarettes because all the alleged cures failed to cure my unhealthy habit. When a friend, who was a heavy smoker, told me he hadn’t had a cigarette in over two months I asked how he gave up smoking. He told me he had just one treatment at Imagine Laserworks. I was skeptical but my friend said he’s tried for years to quit cigarettes and had never managed to quit for more than a week. He was amazed how easy it was and though he sat alongside smokers he now had no desire at all for a smoke.
Frankly I thought he was exaggerating and would soon be back on cigarettes. Two months later I met him again and offered him a cigarette. He laughed and told me I was kidding him. He hadn’t smoked since we met last. Still a little dubious I thought of all the money I’d already spent on other so-called cures. However, my friend was a level headed guy and didn’t get excited unless there was a good reason to. If I spent another $299 for a treatment maybe it would work for me too. I am 86 years old and have smoked for seventy years. I called the clinic for an appointment. On the 4th of July 2000 I had a single treatment and followed the advise and instructions given to me at the clinic. I have not smoked a cigarette since July 4 2000 and have no desire for tobacco in any form. Once in awhile I experience what I call a cigarette flush... and it’s over in seconds. The clinic supplies a back-up CD to help you if you feel the desire to smoke. I have never had to use mine. To be successfully cured of the smoking habit I think a great asset is to be highly motivated. I thought my health was more important at my age than smoking. I am grateful to the clinic for their help in ridding me of a life-long bad habit.
RNB

The support of staff at your clinics have been very supportive. I’ve never felt alone during this challenge. For which I sincerely thank you
Lilian S.

I had been addicted to smoking for over 40 years. During that time I have tried unsuccessfully to quit by using nicotine patches, nicotine gum and various prescribed medication, even hypnosis. None of these methods worked for me. When I heard of Laser Therapy I was skeptical of it’s success for me because non of the other methods had worked in the past. How wrong I was! Since taking Laser Therapy I have been smoke free and I don’t want to smoke. If anyone is sincere about quitting smoking, Laser Therapy is the only way to go. It’s painless and it works. The people at Imagine Laserworks are very professional and helpful, by following their outlined program you can’t fail. My overall health is improving daily. It is truly amazing what Imagine Laserworks has done for me. I don’t believe there is anyone out their who could be more strongly addicted to cigarettes than I was. I smoked between 2-3 packs a day for 40 years. Try Imagine Laserworks, you’ll be glad you did.
Ray A.

My husband and I came in for treatment of our nicotine addiction 3 weeks ago today. Neither of us has smoked since. Together we had smoked 72 years. Both of us had tried several times to quit. We tried cold-turkey, hypnotherapy, and patches in the past but always ended up smoking again. This has been successful and we are both very pleased. I was skeptical of the benefits of the treatment and almost panicky at the thought of not having my smokes. I walked out after the treatment feeling relaxed and not the least bit worried about non-smoking. I did not feel deprived or anxious. I sometimes think about a cigarette but the thought is easily banished and I am now going for days without it crossing my mind.
R & J L.

I tried for 4 yrs after a heart attack to quit , tried everything out there. No luck. I went to Imagine Laserworks and it worked I am now a non-smoker.
P.W

Today marks my 200 days since I quit smoking. Not only am I enjoying better health- I have saved $5.00 per day and now have $1000 in my savings account. Your method is easier to follow than any other and I have tried them all in 36 years of smoking. Thank you from a non-smoker,
Dave

On the word of other clients, I came in for a laser treatment. It hasn’t been easy because one has to go through the withdrawal of nicotine, but the laser treatment stopped my cravings and constant thoughts about cigarettes.
Lilian

I love being a non-smoker! I had tried quite a few methods of stopping smoking and just could not get over the cravings for cigarettes. Every failed attempt just seemed to make the situation seem more hopeless to me. I was so excited to fins this process and having it work so well with a minimum of withdrawal symptoms and very few cravings is like a miracle to me. I am very grateful.
Linda A.

To be able to quit smoking with no withdrawal symptoms or cravings is wonderful, thanks to using laser therapy at Imagine Laserworks. I highly recommend it to anyone who really wants to quit smoking because it really works. Thanks.
Jill

I have experienced more vigor in the mornings although I usually go to bed by 9 pm unless there is someone visiting. The water intake has been a great boost to my well being, as it energizes me due to assisting against dehydration.
Violet

1. Haven’t had a cigarette since my treatment.
2. Really don’t feel any different yet
3. Had no withdrawal symptoms
Norine

The stop smoking treatment with laser therapy really helps you to get over the worst of the initial withdrawal symptoms. The staff at Imagine Laserworks are very supportive and professional.
Keith E.

Thank you for your help in my successful attempt to quit smoking. It has been over six months now and I still can’t believe that I actually quit. At the time I had the laser therapy I was convinced that if it helped me quit smoking, if I actually quit, then laser therapy would help anyone, I was that addicted. I had tried quitting before and had brainwashed myself out of it as quickly as I had brainwashed myself into it.
I discovered that the laser therapy itself nullified the worst part of the withdrawal symptoms, the nervousness, moodiness. I felt happy with my choice, content, relaxed which allowed me to find nice distractions whenever I had cravings.
Your instructions and explanations and advice were extremely helpful and put the focus on getting healthy rather than the negative feelings associated with losing my “crutch.” I was able to deal with the physical withdrawal symptoms with much more patience and acceptance.
Thank you, with your help my whole life is better than I had ever thought it would be.
Teresa S.

Thank you for such a new start in life. Certainly the will to make changes are most probably the biggest factor of any success. Laser treatment was also critical in making me believe that it is possible. The first week of cleansing was quite an experience but only made life easier every day after that. There was a stage of feeling the freedom as others around you still maintain their desire for smoking. Social freedom and a huge increase in a healthier lifestyle in any setting.
B.

Let me start by stating that I thought there was no chance whatsoever that I would ever be able to stop smoking. I smoked for almost 30 years and I tried everything to stay. This was the most incredible treatment I have ever experienced when I left I almost felt like I had never smoked. The urge and desire were totally gone. I kept waiting for them to come back and they never have. It’s been 2 months and I feel great!
Christine A.

Today it has been 8 months since my last cigarette. It is truly a miracle. I smoked 1-2 packs a day for 25 years. I tried the patch twice, hypnosis twice and countless other methods. This works! Thank you for helping me take control of my life! I have sent 2 people here and they have enjoyed the same success! Right now I am in the waiting room with my niece for weight control treatment.
Robert T.

It has been much easier to quit smoking since I had the laser. I am doing real good with it. The first two days were the worst. I still have times where I want to smoke but they seem to pass fast. The laser seems to take the edge off your attitude when you quit. In the past when I’ve quit I have been real grumpy this time I didn’t see a change in my attitude at all. I hope to stay a non-smoker.
Lori

I can tell you I was as skeptical as the next person when I drove to the appointment and how thrilled I am at the results. I continually walk and talk about what a great and successful method the laser therapy is. You have a real talent performing the laser therapy and a real feeling when dealing with the patient. It may be a combination of inheritance from your former trainer. Whatever the end result is, it works.
Jeanne

Hello, I don’t know if you would remember me, but I came to your clinic in July 2001, and at the time had a broken foot, and was on crutches. The broken foot was what prompted me to attempt to quit because my foot had been so swollen for the fist 21 days after the break, I could not have a cast, and had to get by on crutches alone.

I live alone in a house that is two stories, and work in an office on the second floor (without an elevator of course)… I was very out of shape from 45 years of smoking over a packs a day. By2 or 3 each day I had road rash on my rib cage and by the time I got home and fed my dog and prepared my dinner at night, I was in so much pain, I couldn’t function. By 9 PM, I was contemplating wetting myself, cause I couldn’t even drag myself to the bathroom. I crawled on my hands and knees with tears streaming down my face, and then of course my dog needed to go to the bathroom, downstairs again. I couldn’t just let him out because I live on a highway, and did not have a fenced yard.

The thought had occurred to me several times by then that if I ever broke my other leg, I would be helpless and would be dependent on others and likely strangers at that. My independence was everything and my dog, my only family. Who would look after me that would permit a dog?

I was not at all convinced of my ability to quit but had heard of you from another successful client (who slipped later.) I had to try and so I made the appointment. I had a brand new package of cigarettes when I reached your office, and opened it and had ONE…then threw the rest in the trunk of the car, for the trip home I suspect. You told me to get rid of them…but I couldn’t…I needed the assurance that they were there should I become psychotic. You see I had tried once before and after 2 days began crying and couldn’t stop for 8 or 9 hours. At the end of that time, someone brought me some smokes because I was so hysterical.

Back to the laser therapy. You reminded me as you worked that one smoke was too many, and one thousand was not enough.” Just one, and I would be back where I started. Having some experience with a 12-step program helped me understand just how important that was to become.

Driving home, (a long drive) within a few miles I wanted to smoke. But, I had been 2 hours without, and so I thought…why not try for 3. I stopped at a store for a large bottle of pop for a sugar fix, and then it wouldn’t fit in the coffee caddy. So, I remembered a coffee mug that did fit that caddy in the trunk. Of course, I spotted the smokes right away...I buried them under something, and closed the trunk. Opening the coffee cup, I discovered it had been there unwashed for some time, and I cringed at the thought of what might be in that cup. I continued to drive, now looking for a place to wash the cup…

This took a while, and so trying to pass the time and dull the irritation, I put the straw in my mouth and took a long, long pull. Guess what…it helped…so I kept it up…later, I took apart a ballpoint pen, and threw away all but the little tube part. This became my pacifier for the next 3 or 4 months.

Of course, I thought about those smokes in the trunk…very often…but I changed the way I did a lot of things. I ate breakfast instead of having a smoke. I washed walls, drapes, bedding, pictures, cupboards, clothing and anything that I thought contained the smell of smoke. Believe me that is a feat in a full leg cast, and every job took 6 times the length it should…a good thing when you keep telling yourself when the job is done, you will get those smokes…Then of course, I would put it off another 5 or 10 minutes…and changing my thoughts 5-10 minutes at a time became an hour ot two and finally a day…Now, finally I can go a whole day without thinking of a smoke. I sought out other ways to quit smoking and chatted with them…I created a chat room for quitters, and talked to strangers, and that helped me and them…maybe you too cause I gave your Website dozes of times.

I should have written this testimonial before, but I was not sure I could do it. Now I know I can as long as I don’t kid myself…I can’t allow smoking in my house…not because I want to torture other smokers, but I want to protect myself.

I did not utilize your relaxation tape, because it seemed like self hypnosis which I think is against what I believe spiritually. But I do pray constantly. I talk to other quitters, and I walk lots…when I walk, I breath very deep and focus on how far down I can feel the air go.

Oh yes…I gained 20 lbs., but I expected I would gain more that others because with a broken foot, obviously I was not going jogging at every craving. If someone else was unable to exercise, I would suggest that if they must use food as a deterrent, use raw veggies, apples, yogurt and dry popcorn (no calories) and get weights…lift weights.

Thanks for letting me rave…and I also recommend voice chat rooms on paltalk in the health section. Create a room for quitters and it will only be minutes before someone comes in.
Cheers and thank you so much.
Ms. F. H.
